Anssi Grekula is a seasoned customer insight professional with a curiosity towards the interplay of humans and technology. Anssi currently serves as Value Opportunity Lead at Elisa, where he plays a pivotal role in generating strategic customer insight. His expertise lies in the use of qualitative and quantitative research methods to help businesses identify value opportunities and differentiate from competition with meaningful value propositions. With the combination of technological and sociological understanding, Anssi is interested in creating strategies with unfair advantage based on human insight. He likes to use abductive logic and test wild ideas with quick prototypes before committing to full-scale production.

Ville Österlund

Ville is one of the early pioneers in online customer collaboration. Ville has helped numerous brands to bring end-users into the creative process to develop and launch new products, services, and experiences in Europe, the USA, Asia, and the Nordics over the last 20 years. Prior to Leanlab Ville successfully ran his own insight consultancy spanning three markets and worked as SVP of User Insights for Digitalist, a global creative design and technology agency.
