MTV is a Finnish media house, owned by Telia Company, with a weekly reach of over 2 million viewers across MTV3, Sub, AVA and C More. To deliver consistent experiences across devices and platforms, MTV wished to connect with their key audiences to integrate the user’s voice into the digital customer experience and roadmap development.

Solution:

A 300-member LeanLab community, where MTV’s digital development team can engage their audiences in just a few clicks, to test and develop new page layouts, flows and content across different devices, with real users.
