About the role
We are now opening up a position as Account Executive to further establish LeanLab as the leading customer collaboration platform for design and customer experience teams in the Nordics.
This could be an ideal role if you are looking to continue your sales career in a remote setting and want to play a key role in scaling a SaaS business.
In this role you will
- Open up new opportunities and build sales pipeline in Finland and the Nordics
- Negotiate and win customer contracts
- Participate in brand building through events and social media
- Experiment with new sales technologies & new ways of working
To be successful in this role
- You have already a few years of experience in B2B sales and business development. Preferably within a SaaS company
- You have background with your current/previous roles within one or more the following fields: Customer Insights, Data, Customer Experience, Design or Martech
- You have the ability to ‘self-drive’ and a track record of keeping up with your sales targets
- You consider yourself a team player and willing to share challenges and celebrate wins as a team
- You are happy working in a remote setting with daily communication with the team over Slack and video calls
- You are communicating well in both Finnish and English both in writing and verbally
- Occasional travel within the Nordics to visit potential customers, conferences and internal meetups with the team
Salary & Bonus
On target earnings: €5000 per month
